COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tri-m Engineering PC/104 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Inovec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omegadyne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Maxon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Inovec such as the PCA0096 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX5500L15KG5T manufactured by Omegadyne and we are pleased to be able to service most Omegadyne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SFBRNRSP by Manufacturer Maxon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Shibaura Brand SHIBAURAH0862320P1MMD0BOARDMM80406 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Battenfeld such as PDPP423205 equipment made by Battenfeld have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Battenfeld products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Battenfeld" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QRCH000 made by Yamaha as well as the popular PM150RRA060 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PIRECLA1B1W2 by Det-Tronics and PDPP423205 spares by Battenfeld are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
